agreed to continue to show the house and if we had another offer that we liked, the NY couple had 10 days to decide if they really want this house and had to pay a 10% deposit. They agreed and paid the 10%. Also we agreed the closing wouldn't be until September 30, which is when we need to be moved out. This was awesome because now we don't have to move out early or have to pay rent! Thank you God for blessing us more than we expected!

SOLD!
In the beginning of May we listed our house with Kaufmans. About a week later people started to come see the house. The first time was on Friday, May 16. We decided to go eat at Walnut Creek Cheese while the realtor showed our house. While we were there our realtor called us and said they want to give an offer. Wow! Later that night our realtor called again and wanted to meet us at Java Jo's to go over the offer. And can you believe it....they were willing to pay FULL PRICE!!!! We were in shock. The only catch was that they were from NY and didn't want to close until they sold their house. So we agreed to continue to show the house and if we had another offer that we liked, the NY couple had 10 days to decide if they really want this house and had to pay a 10% deposit.
